INTERPRETATION AND GENERAL CLAUSES

1. Trading as: Fullboardgaming.com, fullboardgaming.co.uk, Full Board Gaming Events, FBG Events, FBG:Torquay and FBG:Liverpool are trading names of 'Full Board Gaming Limited'. Registered in the UK as company number: 14293117. Hereafter referred to in these clauses as 'FBG'.
2. Verbal contracts and informal quid pro quo commercial arrangements made during the initial two-year period of operation from August 12 2022 to August 11 2024 need to be reviewed and formalised in writing by all parties by the end of this period, or shall become null and void.
